Terms of Use
These terms govern use of Trueway Commander, a service that connects ChatGPT to computers explicitly paired by the user.
Authorized devices
You may connect only computers you own or are explicitly authorized to control. Commander must not be used to gain unauthorized access to another person's systems.
Responsibility for commands
Operations execute on the paired computer under the local user's permissions. You are responsible for commands run on your devices, appropriate backups and the consequences of changes you authorize.
Acceptable use
Commander must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, credential harvesting, malware deployment, or to violate security, privacy, intellectual-property or other third-party rights.
Third-party services
Commander relies on third-party services and software, including OpenAI, Auth0 and Cloudflare. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and changes
The service may change, be suspended or become temporarily unavailable. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the update date on this page.
Privacy
Use of Commander is subject to the Trueway Commander Privacy Policy.
